Free Prom Dress
Get a free prom dress for someone in need. Buy four (4) prom dresses, they can be from individual orders or a group order; all orders have to be from members of the same school. Zaphon Prom will donate a fifth prom dress free to the school. The recipient will be decided by your school principal or school official. This is a great way to help your friends at school who cannot afford to purchase a prom dress, but would like to join the fun. Fax the order numbers and the shipping address to 305-851-7410 on your school letterhead, and it will be shipped free to the recipient. This offer is good for prom dresses, only.

If you are the winner/recipient of a free prom dress, please contact Zaphon Prom with the reference, along with your size and your gown will be on the way. Zaphon Prom will ship your free prom dress free of charge.

Special Prom Dress Promotion For Schools
Zaphon Prom encourages you to have fun selecting your prom dress while raising money for your school! Let us help you to coordinate a Prom Fashion event at your school. Zaphon Prom will be happy to send dresses for your special Zaphon Prom fashion show at no charge; all we need is a letter from a school official promising to return dresses within 15 days after receipt. There is no charge for this service and 5% of all sales will go to help your school for the prom or towards the general fund.

If you volunteer in the field of social work, helping kids, education or under privileged we will take off 25% off the price of one dress that you are ordering for your self. We need a certificate from your principal or the Department head certifying that you are working as a non paid volunteer. You could be working part time or full time. Please contact Zaphon Prom with your request and we will provide details of how to receive your discount.

Have An Eye For Design?
Send us your sketch of the gowns you’d like to wear, or email the link where you found a design that you would like, and we will make the gown for you at no extra charge. The design of the gown should be exclusive and outstanding in design. We will send your design to our factory and make it for you. The shipping is free. Please allow approximately 6- 8 weeks for production.
